To balance my curious nature, I have been gifted with an analytical mind and am a strategic planner. These qualities are invaluable as I complete needs analysis, write learning goals, and create design documents and storyboards. 

I strive to create impactful e-learning experiences, job aids, and videos that help learners acquire new skills and maximize their growth potential.  Change and growth are the natural result of well designed learning.
