This design document accompanies the Ergonomic Awareness Training e-Learning course built in Articulate Storyline. The design document identifies the business problem and goal, target audience, training type and approximate seat time. It also lists deliverables to be produced, a course outline, and assessment plan. This course is designed for engineers to create awareness of ergonomic injury risks associated with excessive screen time and provide strategies to reduce those risks. There is also a microlearning that supplements the course.
This storyboard accompanies the Ergonomic Awareness Training e-Learning course built in Articulate Storyline. Like the design document, the storyboard identifies the target audience and learning objective, but it is beyond an overview and more like a blueprint. This document details all of the information necessary to develop the course including color schemes, visual design elements, actual text, scripts for narration, and specific assessment questions and interactions. It reveals the adult learning theory and design principles that were utilized during the design and development of this e-Learning course. The full course can be found on the e-Learning page. There is also a microlearning that supplements the course.

The design document identifies the business problem and goal, target audience, training type and approximate seat time. It also lists deliverables to be produced, a course outline, and assessment plan. This course is designed for employees of a garden center and landscape company to train them in better assisting customers who have issues with deer damaging their landscapes.
